Recruiting Specialist

VAUSA® is seeking a Recruiting/Matching Specialist to join our internal team! This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent and providing quality matches to our clients. 

Internal Positions Available

  • Address issues and coach Virtual Assistants and Clients on strategies including communication and conflict resolution
  • Conduct check-ins with Virtual Assistants to identity relationship issues and communication barriers
  • Nurture Virtual Assistant relationships to support their holistic success
  • Create and implement coaching curriculum to provide training 
  • Offer technical guidance to ensure smooth integration of various tools
  • Conduct meetings with clients to draft and finalize their job descriptions
  • Conduct 1:1 interviews with candidates to evaluate qualifications and fit 
  • Participate in hiring fairs (in-person and remote) and identify top talent
